Football in Malaysia also panasss with Malaysia is now sit at the 146th place in the latest FIFA World Ranking. It sad to know we're that low in the ranking. But hey!! Did our national team achieve anything lately? No!!!!! Then, we ask, why? For me, there are many reasons such as the players' attitude, the way of selecting players & FAM management. Players' attitude; x payah crita byk, you all know, right? The way of selecting players; Sometimes we saw underperform players had been selected/kept atas alasan 'pengalaman'. Come on!! Apalah sgt 'pengalaman' depa tu, pernah main kat Primera Liga? Serie A? EPL? OK, the last 1, FAM management itself; Juz a simple message for them, step down lah, give others chance to do what you all can't. Sometimes I also curious about the way 'we' approach a tournament. Always we can hear the coach/management says, "This tournament is juz a pemanas badan. Our main target is bla bla bla (the next tournament)..." As a result, we didn't give 100% in the 1st tournament (where we capable to win) & worse, we even didn't rise to our target in the 'main' tournament (where obviously it tougher than the 1st one). Hmm..why don't 'we' approach every tournament with 100% commitment????
